What is JOLT™?

JOLT™ is a series of 50-minute mental fitness workouts that develops your mindset for success.

It is a group fitness programme set in a positive safe environment with different series of exercises that change on an ongoing basis. Participants can join the programme at any time and there are no pre-requisites except that participants are encouraged to keep an open mind.

Although there is some light physical activity the main focus is giving our brain a major workout. The exercises are experiential and keep people engaged physically, intellectually/emotionally and intuitively - the learning equivalent of mind, body and spirit.
