SHU HA RI
SHU HA RI is a Japanese term for the cycle of learning.
SHU - Follow the rules
HA - Break the rules
RI - Transcend the rules
You've heard the saying 'you got to know the rules before you can break them' - this is the Eastern equivalent that is applicable to all areas of life.
SHU:
The first stage is you must follow the principles that create success. This is achieved through repetition of the experiences and strategies for success.
HA:
The second stage is once you understand, have assimilated and can act out these principles then (and only then) can you can break them.
RI:
The third stage is for you to transcend the elements that make up success and to make them your own so they suit your character, situation, experiences and desired outcomes.
Your definition of success will differ from the next person's definition. Therefore there is no cookie-cutter model for success. However there are principles for success and these are imparted in JOLT™.
JOLT™ gives you the opportunity to experience these elements that are crucial to help you get to where you want to be.
