History
Co-directors, Steve Hill and Wade Jackson first met in 1996 where they were training in martial arts at the same dojo. They were working on their own businesses and in 2002 came together as they recognised the need for experiential training programmes within the corporate sector.
In 2002, they formed Improv Solutions and specialized in organisational creativity and storytelling. They worked in NZ and abroad with some of the world's leading organisations.
It quickly became obvious that the keys to creating lasting positive change was through time-spaced, experiential and self-directed learning programmes, rather than short one-off prescriptive occurrences.
As a culmination of their experience with Improv Solutions and seeing the increased need in companies for wellness, work/life balance, peak performance Mind Warriors was formed.
Research, testing and development began on JOLT Challenge in 2004. Five years later, it was publicly launched in 2009.
